 4 step guide to secure, online shopping
is quick, easy and secure!

Step 1.

Complete Your KidsTalk.com™ Order Form


 

 When you find a product you want, enter your desired quantity and click ‘Buy’.  During peek shopping hours, connecting to our secure shopping directory may take a moment.  Mrs. Twiggles’ thanks you for your patience.  

Step 2.

Review Your Order  


You may add, remove or change product quantities
as often as you’d like.  Simply delete the ‘old’ quantity,
then enter your ‘new’ quantity and click on ‘Modify’ to adjust your order.

Step 3.

Complete Payment and Shipping Information  

 

 

First, select from 3 options how you prefer to submit your payment:

Option 1. Online Credit Card Payments 
 and   are gladly accepted – US funds only.
Online ordering with KidsTalk.com™ is secure and worry-free.  State-of-the-art encryption software utilizing the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) ensures your scrambled credit card information can only be decoded by our SSL system.  Please read our Privacy Security Legal Policy.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.  You will receive an email confirming your credit card has been charged after your order has been shipped so you can expect delivery.

 Option 2.  Fax/Mail Payments  
Select this option if you intend to submit your payment by one of the following methods:
  • Credit Card Orders By Mail: 
      and    are gladly accepted – U.S. funds only please.  Your credit card will NOT be processed online.  You simply complete your credit card billing and shipping information.  Print a copy of your completed order form and mail to KidsTalk.com™.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.  You will receive an email  confirming your credit card has been charged after your order has been shipped so you can expect delivery.  
  • Personal Check:  US funds only please.  
         We gladly accept personal checks from residents of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.  Your order will be shipped after your check clears the bank – generally 7 – 10  business days.
  • Money Order or Cashier’s Check: US funds only please. Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Option 3.  Purchase Order Payments
KidsTalk.com™ gladly accepts purchase orders –US funds only please – with an authorizing signature on your organization’s official purchase order form.  You may either submit your purchase order by fax or mail.  Payment in full is required 30 days upon receipt of your order.  You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped so you can expect delivery.


 ‘Special Instructions Box’:  Perhaps you have a specific delivery request or prefer a special color for your child’s Club button or Club pencil pouch (blue, green, magenta, purple). Simply enter your ‘Special Instructions’ here and we will receive it printed on your KidsTalk.com™ Order Confirmation. 

 

Step 4.

Submit Your Order… You’re Done!

When you’re ready to proceed to checkout, click on ‘Submit Order’.  You will receive your KidsTalk.com™
Order Confirmation and Customer Order Number.  Online credit card shoppers will receive an additional
email confirmation.  If there are any problems with
your order, we will email you.  Please visit Mrs.Twiggles’ ‘White Glove’ Customer Service Center for shipping and handling details. 
Shopping Buttons 

Quantity:  Enter your desired product quantity. 

Buy:  Click to add your desired product to your shopping
cart.  Clicking this button merely places the product in your
shopping cart.  A ‘Thank You!’ and product ordered will appear.
Scroll down to continue ordering or click ‘Review Order’ to
proceed to Step 2.  Review Order.  Don’t worry, products can easily be added, removed, or quantities changed in Step 2.  Review Order.

Modify:  Click after you have changed your desired product
quantity.  This will update your shopping cart and the total
cost of products you’ve selected. 

Remove:  Click to totally remove an item from your shopping
cart. Remember, your total cost of products ordered will be
automatically adjusted to reflect any/all additions, deletions,
and/or changes in product quantity. 

Return To Step 1.  Product Order Form:  Click to
return back to your KidsTalk.com™ order form to continue
ordering.

No Items In Your Cart:  Mrs. Twiggles’ empty shopping cart,
with a bouquet of flowers for you, will appear.

Review Order or View Shopping Cart:  Click to view
all the products in your shopping cart and total cost of products
ordered.  Products can easily be modified, added or removed as
often as you wish.  Your running total will be automatically
adjusted. 

Submit Order:  Click when your shopping is done and you’re
ready to submit your order and receive your KidsTalk.com™ Order Confirmation and Customer Order Number.  TIP TOP TIP:  Print an extra copy for your records.
