At this time, we only accept orders from the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, APO/FPO (U.S. Military), and Canada.

Once your order has been shipped from our shop, your credit card order will be processed. You will receive an email confirming the charge to your credit card and shipment, so you can expect delivery.
7. Will I be charged a sales tax?
An 8.6% sales tax will be automatically added to orders from Washington state residents only.

Shipping fees are based on the total amount of your order. Fees include shipping, handling, and insurance.

Premium Shipping Charge: An additional $10.00 fee for all deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Canada.

Shipping rates apply for single delivery orders. Orders with split deliveries to additional addresses, the same shipping rates apply for each separate delivery. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

9. How will my order be shipped and when will it arrive?
Standard Ground Service by United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Mail Service by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries within the continental United States. We will select the best method of shipment (UPS or USPS) based upon your location. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 4 -10 days for delivery - based upon your location.

Premium Shipping Charge: An additional $10.00 shipping fee will be applied for all deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa,  and Canada. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7 -10 days for delivery - based upon your location.

10. How can I track my order?
Packages Shipped By UPS: Once you have received an email from us with your UPS tracking code, you can check the status of your shipment by going to:

Click on 'Tracking', enter your tracking number, and click on 'Track'. You can instantly track your UPS Hermando.com™ package anytime, anywhere in the world.

Packages Shipped By USPS: Once you have received an email from us with your order's USPS number, you can track the status of your shipment by going to:

http://www.usps.gov

Click 'Track/Confirm' and enter your package's USPS number. The USPS offers delivery confirmation for packages shipped Priority Mail. You can receive the date and time your package left our local postal center. You can also receive the date and time your package was delivered. If problems occurred, you'll receive a date and time delivery was attempted, or notification that your package was forwarded or returned.

11. Can I cancel my order?  
Hermando.com™ orders are generally processed within 24 hours upon receipt of the customer's Order Confirmation. Please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order. No problem.
12. Can I return my purchase?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We offer, for your convenience, Mrs. Twiggles' TIP TOP TIP 'Try Before You Buy' assortment of KIDS TALK!® Lessons. Please know that all sales of KIDS TALK!® Lesson Variety Snap-Packs are FINAL. No exceptions.

If however, you receive a damaged Snap-Pack, we will gladly exchange the damaged Snap-Pack for another of the same Snap-Pack number.    Simply complete the enclosed exchange slip and tuck it into the damaged Snap-Pack and return, within 30 days, to Hermando.com™. You will also be reimbursed for your damaged-exchanged package shipping fees.

All other Hermando.com™ products (not including KIDS TALK!® Lesson Variety Snap-Packs) are gladly accepted for an exchange and/or refund (less shipping and handling) if returned within 30 days from the date on your Hermando.com™ invoice and in original, 'mint', resale condition.

Please complete the enclosed Hermando.com™ exchange/return slip and enclose it with your exchange/return.

If you should return any/all of your order (not including KIDS TALK® Variety Snap-Packs) in a condition unsuitable for resale and/or later than 30 days from the date on your Hermando.com™ invoice, you will receive an exchange and/or credit voucher only.
